Would anyone buy art from me?

Soooo, I've had a huge flood and lost a lot of stuff, including my peace of mind.
I'm already unemployed and dont have much to my name, and what i did have got soaked. so I'm in a really tight place.
I don't really know how commission's work, but i would be really grateful for any help. i really don't know what to do at the moment and I'm grasping for straws.
Luckily I still have use of my laptop, besides the keyboard, and my tablet.

any help would be great even explaining how to start this sorta thing.
